The Game of Bridge
If you like math or logic puzzles, you will love to play bridge! It is a game that always has something new to learn and is always a fun challenge. Learn the basic rules of the game, how to score, as well as the bidding and the play of the hand. It can be a social game when four friends get together, or enjoyed online and around the world.
Human Board Games
In this unique class, students become a human board game, taking on the role of the pieces of the game. What does this mean, you might ask? Students learn about game playing, collaboration, and strategy from the inside out! We create a life-size version of many different board games such Chess, Checkers, Monopoly, Battleship and Sorry. (For ages 5 and up).

Everyone loves to have fun, and some of the most fun games can help develop various skills and talents. In this program, students will learn and play fun and educational games that can improve Visual Processing, Memory, Logic, Reasoning, and more!
Game Design
From bare-bones concept to complete, packaged product, learn what it takes to create a game! Students will study the elements of some of their favorite games and apply those models in creating a playable, original game. They will learn about game mechanics, play testing, art, production, prototyping, and publishing.
Chess
The heat of battle, the mental strain, the fear of defeat! No, we’re not talking hand-to-hand combat – it’s chess! This course will introduce students to the love of the game and the ins-and-outs of classic chess strategies. More advanced instruction is also available.

Cooking
Cuisine Kings and Queens: Basic Cooking Class
In this scrumptious class, kids will tantalize their taste buds, practice their math skills, and maybe even learn to cook dinner for their families! Students will learn basic cooking techniques, broaden their palates, and gain the confidence to experiment with their own creations through hands-on experience. The emphasis is on learning that cooking is a lot of fun, and will “serve” you greatly in life! They will learn math through measuring, nutrition, inquiry-based science learning, and cooperation skills. Some recipes that may be taught include cookies, rice, muffins, mini-quiches, risotto, quesadillas, and more. Specialized classes in French, Tex-Mex and Asian cooking can also be arranged.

Magic
Magic & Mystery!
How do magicians pull rabbits out of hats? How do they make them disappear again? This class unlocks the secrets to the techniques of magic. Students will gain the skills in acting, speaking, comedy, and memorization that are essential to a magician's performance, all while building self-esteem. They will use a variety of normal household items such as cards, coins, cups & balls, rope, and paper, and will learn the simple tricks that fool audiences every time! At the end of the session, each child will present a trick that they have mastered in a close-up gallery for parents and friends.
Andrew Mysterious
The Enrichment Centers is delighted to have among its staff the dapper, dashing, British magician and educator ANDREW MYSTERIOUS! Andrew uses the art and craft of magic to teach and motivate young people of all ages. A skilled sleight-of-hand artist – charismatic, as well – Andrew Mysterious engages, charms, delights, amazes, and captures the interest and attention of students – no matter their course of study! Mr. Mysterious currently teaches a variety of lessons at The Enrichment Centers, including magic, science, and public speaking.
