Future CEOs
This is a fun and engaging introduction to entrepreneurships and the concept of starting a small business. Students get hands-on experience with traditional business models: Lemonade Stands, Bake Sales, Car Washes, and more! Specific attention is paid to advertising, sales, customer service, and future prospects of e-commerce.
Money Management
This course broadens students’ understanding of personal finance. They learn the skills required to build a financial base, and understand the business practices that we use in our everyday lives. Among the concepts discussed are the mechanics of bank accounts, the importance and tactics of managing money, and the risks associated with credit cards. Through fun and cooperative learning, simulations, and real world experiences, students will gain the knowledge to take charge of their financial futures, learning to both save and spend responsibly!
